I went to Kings Jewelers to find an engagement ring for my then girlfriend. She came in with me to look at rings and Robyn was such an amazing help. Robyn helped her narrow down the size, cut, colour, and type of design she wanted. Robyn was able to find us a beautiful custom ring online. Since green saphires are difficult to find, Robyn kept us updated whenever new green sapphires were released. She was understanding, adaptable, personable, and so helpful! I couldn't have done it without her. We can't recommend Kings Jeweller's enough.
The best experience I've had from a jewelry store! The staff were extremely helpful with the entire experience and showed that they cared about the whole process! They got me exactly what I wanted(for way less than I was expecting), and they had the ring ready for me very quickly. I would recommend going here over all of the other stores in the mall!
In my overzealous nature I went for my second choice and after the reveal, I should have went with my gut. They offered to exchange to the first choice for no cost (difference was 5$~) uplifting to see and experience. 10000/10 would ALWAYS come back again
